From the analysis of data obtained it was possible to establish that the school lives in a patriarchal culture where interpersonal relationships are marked by necrophilia, a term coined by Fromm (1973), which are adopted and transmitted from generation to generation, normalizing through of a type of conversation that hierarchs interpersonal relationships from obedience. This panorama makes human development and values impossible because it stops the development of people's potentials, the construction of being together with others, care for others and the planet, fostering loneliness, boredom, consumption, addictions, indifference, guilt, instrumentalization of others, devaluation by the feminine. Finally, recommendations are made to sensitize the educational actors involved in the research through reflection.

La presente tesis de grado fue realizada en la IERD Diego GOMEZ de Mena, donde participaron docentes, padres y estudiantes del grado novena con el objetivo de determinar la incidencia de las relaciones interpersonales en el desarrollo humano y valores de los actores educativos. Para ello se identificaron las relaciones interpersonales entre los actores educativos, se determinaron sus prácticas de desarrollo humano y valores, y se propusieron estrategias pedagógicas dentro del contexto rural en el que se encuentran. A partir del análisis de datos obtenidos se pudo determinar que la institución escolar vive una cultura patriarcal donde las relaciones interpersonales están marcadas por la necrofilia, termino acunado por Fromm (1973), que se adoptan y transmiten de generación en generación, normalizándose a través de un tipo de conversación que jerarquiza las relaciones interpersonales desde la obediencia. Este panorama imposibilita el desarrollo humano y valores por cuanto se frena el desarrollo de los propios potenciales, la construcción del ser junta a otros, el cuidado por los otros y el planeta, fomentando soledad, aburrimiento, consume, adicciones, indiferencia, culpa, instrumentalización de los otros, desvaloración por lo femenino. Finalmente se hacen recomendaciones para sensibilizar mediante la reflexión a los actores educativos involucrados en la investigación.
