The Or anizational culture is the model in which or anizational values and principles are communicated or became reality through everyday ways of doing things within the company, supported by the style if leadership; is based on personal values and principles, mainly of leaders or key figures. These values and principles are socialized and internalized through both formal and informal communication processes. The key forms or expression in this culture are manifest behaviors, rituals, customs, belief systems and explicit and implicit norms shared by members of the organization. Considering these concepts, this research was initially based on a focus group session by level, in order to establish directly the perception that the collaborators have about the organizational culture of the Health Management Clinic. Then the questionnaire called Organizational Cultural Assessment Center (OCAI) was carried out using the methodology proposed by Cameron and Quinn (1999). The results show a type of Clan and Market culture where there is a tendency to perceive the organization as a family and oriented to results goals and positioning in the market.
