Este trabajo tiene como objetivo la elaboración de un plan de negocio para la operación de un hotel en el atractivo turístico de las playas de Mayapo, ubicadas en el municipio de Manaure, en el departamento de La Guajira. Para el análisis, se utilizan distintas herramientas y fuentes de información primaria y secundaria, esto con el fin de poder determinar la demanda, las características del consumidor, la estructura de costos, la inversión inicial y la factibilidad financiera del proyecto.

The objective of this work is the elaboration of a business plan for the operation of a hotel in the tourist attraction of the Mayapo beaches, located in the municipality of Manaure, in the department of La Guajira. For the analysis, different tools and sources of primary and secondary information are used, this in order to be able to determine the demand, the characteristics of the consumer, the cost structure, the initial investment and the financial feasibility of the project.
