En este capítulo se entenderán los espacios organizacionales y productivos como campos intersubjetivos en los que se establecen relaciones sociales de producción presionadas por estructuras de distinto orden y mediadas por una articulación dialéctica entre poder y conflicto.

Organizational spaces can be understood as intersubjective fields under which social relations mediated by a dialectical articulation between power and resistance are established. An area that develops its own rules of operation to give concreteness to management strategies and objectives. To understand these two concepts, it has been considered necessary to resort a theoretical reconstruction focused on understanding control in the work process. This effort will allow us to understand the power put into practice as a negotiation of domain boundaries in organizations. The exposition of the theoretical discussion, allowed to offer a proposal for the analysis that takes as reference the approach of the Non-Classical Work and the methodology of Latin American configurationism.
