This document see1cs to apply the Business Model You methodology. developed by Osterwalder~ Clark. & Pigneur (2012), to find solutions tbat allow the author to relieve tbe physical and emotional implications that are generated by failing to respond in tbe expected way, to the different roles played on her daily life. Although it's not a recent problem, it seems that women have resigned themselves to this situation, in which the solutions are limited to deciding wbat to sacrifice: children, partner, work, professional development or money. This work seeks to explore ways of balancing the different roles ofthe author with the aim of improving their quality oflife aod enhancing her personal, physical and professional development.
