En este documento se analiza el papel que desempeñaron Cuba y Noruega, como Estados garantes, y Chile y Venezuela, como Estados acompañantes, en el proceso de paz entre el Gobierno de Colombia y la Guerrilla de las FARC-EP, hoy partido Comunes. Este análisis se realiza a partir de una enunciación de las acciones de los Estados garantes y acompañantes y su estudio a la luz de un modelo planteado para determinar su impacto en la superación de dificultades en la mesa de diálogos del proceso y la consecuente consecución del acuerdo final entre las partes.
This document analyzes the role played by Cuba and Norway, as guarantor States, and Chile and Venezuela, as accompanying States, in the peace process between the Government of Colombia and the FARC-EP Guerrilla, today Comunes party. This analysis is carried out from an enunciation of the actions of the guarantor and accompanying States and the study of these action in the light of a model proposed to determine their impact on overcoming difficulties in the dialogue of the process and the consequent achievement of the final agreement between the parties.
