Three Main aspects related to: The Colombian Massif: A biophysical and cultural scenario. A strategy of territorial appropriation by the state and capital the Second: Movement, territory and region: The region a political project, the territory the life project of the communities. The third is the Analysis on the CIMA and
the Social Construction of the Territory and Region. Of which it is concluded that the strategy of appropriation of the
territory through the use of force, by the State, opens the way to the entrance of multinational companies for the exploitation
of mining and energy resources, in a context of worsening social conflict and armed, going parallel to social policies of national and international order. The forms of resistance and constructions of political projects oriented and based on the relation of the communities with the environment are identified and presented. On the other hand, the relations between the State, capital and the CIMA have a changing dynamic that transits between conflicting relationships, agreements, articulation with institutionality and other (international) actors, which result in new conflicts and challenges both among actors but also internal movement.
