Proporcionar un servicio de consultoría no es una tarea fácil, sin embargo, si se proyecta como una herramienta para apoyar el crecimiento y la sostenibilidad de una empresa, se convierte en la clave del éxito. De acuerdo con lo anterior, se proyecta fa implementación del plan de continuidad de negocio para el sector de la construcción, con el fin de analizar las herramientas que permitan prevenir o reaccionar adecuadamente ante posibles incidentes que pongan en riesgo al sector, orientadas a respaldar las operaciones y fortalecer las garantías de los clientes. Durante la elaboración de este trabajo, se analizaron los principales problemas, beneficios y opiniones potenciales clientes a través del ejercicio de investigación de mercado. Contextos que nos permiten desarrollar está propuesta de manera efectiva, a partir de un modelo diferenciador, ya que en la actualidad no existe un plan de continuidad para el sector de la construcción.

Providing a consulting service is not an easy task, however, if it is projected as a tool to support the growth and sustainobility of a company, it becomes the key to success. In accordance with the foregoing, the implementation of the business continuity plan for the construction sector is projected, in order to analyze the tools that allow preventing or reacting adequately to possible incidents that put the sector at risk, aimed at supporting the operations and strengthen customer guarantees During the elaboration of this work, the main problems, benefits and potential client opinions were analyzed through the exercise of rnarket research. Contexts that allow us to devefop this proposal effectively, based on a differentiating model, since at present there is no continuity plan for the construction sector.
