En la presente investigación se analizan los siguientes puntos : En primer lugar, se desarrolla una aproximación teórica con base en los diferentes postulados sobre los conceptos de seguridad, específicamente con base en la Escuela de Copenhague y la teoría constructivista ante la necesidad de considerar el diálogo que se ha llevado a cabo a la hora de delimitar y definir la migración como fenómeno de seguridad, en comparación con el contexto actual, el cual se refiere al enfoque de la política migratoria estadounidense. En el segundo capítulo, se identifican y se amplían los factores expulsores que influyen en los movimientos migratorios de la población del Triángulo Norte hacia territorio estadounidense. En el tercer capítulo, se reseñan las políticas del gobierno norteamericano frente al fenómeno migratorio proveniente de los países del Triángulo Norte, identificando su progreso y resultados en su desarrollo. En el cuarto capítulo, se expone la posición actual del gobierno norteamericano frente a la inmigración y el accionar de las relaciones bilaterales con los_países del Triángulo Norte, así como los discursos políticos y las reformas migratorias estadounidenses, con el fin de identificar las contradicciones entre los objetivos de las políticas y la instrumentalización de estas.

In the present investigation, the following points are analyzed: First, a theoretical approach is developed based on the different postulates on the concepts of security, specifically based on the Copenhagen School and the constructivist theory before the need to consider the dialogue that has been carried out when defining and defining migration as a security phenomenon, in comparison with the current context, which refers to the approach of US immigration policy. In the second chapter, the expulsion factors that influence the migratory movements of the population of the Northern Triangle to the United States are identified and expanded. In the third chapter, the policies of the North American government are outlined against the migratory phenomenon coming from the countries of the Northern Triangle, identifying its progress and results in its development. In the fourth chapter, the current position of the North American government is exposed to the immigration and the action of the bilateral relations with the countries of the Northern Triangle, as well as the political discourses and the American migratory reforms, in order to identify the contradictions among the objectives of the policies and the instrumentalization of these
