Esta investigación, busca estudiar las condiciones laborales de los trabajadores de un grupo financiero ubicado en Bogotá, y si dichas condiciones afectan el bienestar socio-laboral de los trabajadores. La inquietud investigativa por el tema de estudio, nace de la necesidad de identificar las formas como algunas variables que indican condiciones de trabajo pueden llegar a afectar la calidad de vida laboral de las personas que se desempeñan en el grupo financiero, a través del análisis de la relación entre condiciones y bienestar laboral; partiendo de la premisa que se trata de buscar un mayor bienestar laboral en los entornos donde el empleado vive una realidad del mundo moderno, y que forma parte del sector terciario o de servicios dentro de la economía nacional.

This research seeks to analyze the working conditions of workers of a financial institution located in Bogota and if these conditions influence the social and labor welfare of workers. The investigative concern for the subject of study arises from the need to identify the ways in which some variables that indicate working conditions can have an impact on the quality of working life of people who work in financial institutions, through the analysis of the relationship between conditions and work well-being; starting from the premise that seeks to seek the best work welfare in environments where the employee lives a reality of the modem world and is part of the tertiary sector or services within the national economy.
