El presente proyecto tiene como propósito mejorar la experiencia del cliente de una manera digital que permita gestionar la creación o modificación de productos, actualmente la complejidad y desgaste manual genera problemas internos por parte de la disponibilidad de los ingenieros y externo por parte del cliente ya que por la cantidad de información sensible se presentan bastantes problemas de entendimiento y organización. Con el fin de solucionar estos problemas, se plantea el diseño de un módulo o canal digital que permita el manejo de información de forma automática, dispersión y cargue de la misma, enfocándose en minimizar el trabajo manual y maximizar la optimización del tiempo laboral de las personas, el retorno de inversión se verá impactado directamente en la cantidad de horas hombre que dejaran de ser consumidas por parte de los especialistas en CredibanCo, dando mayor libertad al análisis y a nuevas tareas de validación automática y RPA.

The purpose of this project is to improve the customer experience in a digital way that allows managing the creation or modification of products, currently the complexity and manual wear generates internal problems on the part of the availability of engineers and external on the part of the customer already that due to the amount of sensitive information there are many problems of understanding and organization. In order to solve these problems, propose the design of a module or digital channel that allows the handling of information automatically, dispersion and loading of the same, focusing on reducing manual labor and maximizing the working time of people, the return on investment will be directly impacted on the number of man hours that will be consumed by the specialists in CredibanCo, giving greater freedom to the analysis and new tasks of automatic validation and RPA.
