The division of ASSA ABLOY for the Latin American region has a weak structure and a weak system, with the absence of a risk management system and without the identification of the logistical risks that may occur. The purpose of this project is to design and implement a risk management manual for the administration of the risks and control them until the risks is its minimum. This manual must be implemented every time situations arise that lead to a risk, and thus propose an optimal solution with the lowest possible cost, both financial and personal. Likewise, not only corrective actions but also preventive ones are proposed to avoid risks that can be controlled, and that these never occur in the company. The final objective is to give the appropriate treatment to every risk and valuable situation according to the solutions that are presented in the risk management manual, which can be replicated in all the areas of the company.

La división de ASSA ABLOY para la región de Latinoamérica cuenta con una estructura y un sistema débil, con la ausencia de un manual de aseguramiento y sin la identificación de los riesgos logísticos que puedan ocurrir. Este trabajo de grado tiene como énfasis y finalidad desarrollar un manual de aseguramiento para la administración los riesgos y lograr minimizarlos y controlarlos. Este manual se implementará cada vez que se den situaciones que conduzcan a riesgos, y así plantear una solución óptima con el menor costo posible, tanto costo financiero coma de personal. lgualmente se plantean no solo acciones correctivas sino también preventivas para evitar riesgos que pueden ser controlados, y que estos nunca sucedan. El objetivo final es darle el manejo adecuado a la situación de acuerdo a las soluciones que se plantean en el manual, que pueden ser replicadas en todas las áreas de la compañía.
