The projection of a long-term strategic plan such as the "COPNIA 2036 Prospective Model"; Expresses a vision in line with the demand that the professional market of the country and civil society has rooted, and that is being strengthened by the management and easy access to information. lt is time to rethink public institutions and allow their installed capacity to create added values for their missions, making use of information and communication technologies; And in general of the vertiginous technological advance that we witness in the fourth industrial revolution that, according to Klaus Schwab, author of the book "The fourth industrial revolution", will fundamentally change the way we live, work and relate. In its scale, scope and complexity, the transformation will be different from anything that mankind has experienced before. The possibility of executing a prospective model for COPNIA implies the consolidation of an entity that is strengthened by looking for ways to anticipate what is to come around it and that the result will be to build a better future for it and Expand the social benefit of their actions in the society of our country.

La proyección de un plan estratégico de largo plazo como el "Modelo Prospectivo COPNIA 2036" ; expresa una visión en consonancia con la exigencia que el mercado profesional del país y la sociedad civil tiene arraigada, y que está siendo fortalecida por el manejo y fácil acceso a la información. Es momento de repensar las instituciones públicas y permitir que su capacidad instalada pueda crear valores agregados para sus misiones, haciendo uso de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación; y en general del vertiginoso avance tecnológico al cual asistimos en la cuarta revolución industrial que, según Klaus Schwab, autor del libro "La cuarta revolución industrial", "modificará fundamentalmente la forma en que vivimos, trabajamos y nos relacionamos. En su escala, alcance y complejidad, la transformación será distinta a cualquier cosa que el género humano haya experimentado antes". La posibilidad de ejecutar un Modelo Prospectivo para el COPNIA, supone la consolidación de una entidad que se fortalece buscando la forma de anticiparse a lo que está por venir a su alrededor y que el resultado redunde en la construcción de un mejor futuro para la misma y ampliar el beneficio social que tienen sus acciones en la sociedad de nuestro país.
