This research project carried out in the area of Family, Childhood and Society in the line of Conflict, Vlolence and Sociopolitical Dynamics, aims to know the dynamics of social integration-exclusion of adolescents and young people in the family context within the post egress process in the System of Criminal Responsibllity of Adolescents- SRPA. Know and understand what happens after adolescents meet the sanction given by SRPA and what tools are provided to achieve their social integration again. The methodology used was qualitative, using three techniques: survey, semi-structured interview and thematic account; this allowed the collection of information giving account to the objectives set. To conclude, it seems that the majority of teenagers, who commit a crime, do it because of the lack of credibility in the judicial system for minors. In fact, they believe that the system is not rigid enough, and they are viable to carry out these actions by not receiving a "severe" punishment, generating little by little, a nonchalance and irreverence before the SRPA. Once the judicial process has begun, the time of the sanction and the institutlons where they must comply, do not contribute to a true development of integration, since they do not have activities, programs and methodologies that help the restoration of your life project and the restoration of your rights in such a short time.
