La presente investigación crea un análisis a través de los relatos biográficos de los NNA acogidos en la fundación Colombia Nuevos Horizontes del municipio de Soacha, en donde se evidencian diferentes eventos que han incidido en la incorporación temprana al trabajo; bajo la perspectiva de la hermenéutica, que permite entender a los sujetos como constructores activos de conocimiento. Estos sujetos se encuentran en un marco de cotidianidad que permite comprender los objetos que se encuentran exteriormente y que poco a poco son asumidos y puestos en práctica en su vida ordinaria. Sin embargo, estos conocimientos de la cotidianidad se ven interrumpidos por eventos que obligan a los sujetos a reorganizar su estructura de comprensión para asimilar de mejor forma el mundo, que se les presenta. Es así que el atractivo de este proyecto investigativo no son solo las percepciones de los NNA respecto a los eventos que marcaron su vida, y que están relacionados con el inicio de su vida laboral, sino también, se muestra la forma en que asumen dichos eventos, y cómo los transformaron para asumir el mundo con una mayor capacidad de agenciamiento, y valorando de la mejor forma el fruto de cada una de sus actividades.

The present investigation creates an analysis through the biogrphical accounts of the children received in the Colombia Nuevos Horizontes Foundation of the municipality od Soacha, ehere different events that have influenced the early incorporation into the work are evident; from the perspective of hermeneutics, which allows subjects to be understood as active knowledge builders. These subjects are in a framework of everyday life that allows us to understand the objects that are found externally and that are gradually assumed and put into practice in their ordinary life. However, this knowledge of everyday life is interrupted by events that force subjects to reorganize their understanding structure to better assimilate the world, which is presented to them. Thus, the attractiveness of this research project is not only the perceptions of the children with respect to the events that marked their life, and that are related to the beginning of their work life, but also, the way in which they assume these events is shown, and how they transformed them to assume the world with a grater capacity of agency, and valuing in the best way the fruit of each of their activities.
