El trabajo de grado se divide en cinco capítulos, el primero muestra los antecedentes y el problema en el Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares (COGFM) en términos de arquitectura empresarial en TIC, describe el problema, objetivo general, objetivos específicos, preguntas de investigación, operacionalización de categorías/variables y la justificación. El segundo capítulo realiza una revisión literaria en términos de arquitectura empresarial y arquitectura en TIC, además toma como referencia Frameworks aplicables actualmente para una arquitectura empresarial como TOGAF, ZACHMAN FEAF (federal Enterprise Architecture) entre otros, por otro lado, establece el marco conceptual y el marco normativo. El tercer capítulo muestra la metodología de investigación que fue aplicada para el desarrollo de la propuesta, describe el enfoque del método de investigación, cuáles fueron las técnicas de recolección de información usadas, la población objetivo y las muestras que fueron estudiadas. El cuarto capítulo muestra el análisis de la información recolectada en el COGFM, identificando el estado actual (AS-IS) y el estado deseado (TO-BE) siendo propuesto a través del desarrollo de las mejores prácticas de ITIL V4 y vistas de arquitectura. Finalmente el quinto capítulo hace el análisis de las lecciones aprendidas de la investigación por medio de las conclusiones y las recomendaciones.

The degree work is divided into five chapters, the first one shows the background and the problem in the General Command of the Military Forces (COGFM) in terms of enterprise architecture in ICT, describes the problem, general objective, specific objectives, research questions, operationalization of categories/variables and justification. The second chapter makes a literature review in terms of enterprise architecture and ICT architecture, also takes as reference Frameworks currently applicable for an enterprise architecture such as TOGAF, ZACHMAN FEAF (federal Enterprise Architecture) among others, on the other hand, establishes the conceptual framework and the normative framework. The third chapter shows the research methodology that was applied for the development of the proposal, describes the research method approach, which were the data collection techniques used, the target population and the samples that were studied. The fourth chapter shows the analysis of the information collected in COGFM, identifying the current state (AS-IS) and the desired state (TO-BE) being proposed through the development of ITIL V4 best practices and architecture views. Finally, the fifth chapter makes the analysis of the lessons learned from the research through conclusions and recommendations.
