The prospective vision of the Tuluá 2035 Transport Center called "El Super-Transport" is based on six key variables for the future, these are: Customer Satisfaction, Terminal Services, Process Automation, Terminal Financial income, lntermodality and offer of services of transport companies. lt stresses the importance of articulating all the stakeholders in two future drivers the technological component! and modal exchange, to lead users to live new and better experiences when they want to move from one place to another. In addition to the staged scenario, three alternate scenarios are outlined: "the colored chapulín of the transport", "the batman of the transport" and "the Spiderman of the transport" that serve as reference as it wants that the future is not linear and it is necessary to illuminate the future for Take actions in the present. The study was carried out under the advanced methodology of prospective, voluntarist approach such as Michel Godet's presentation, using techniques such as structural analysis, stakeholder play, morphological analysis, Peter Schwartz axes, cross impact matrix and IGO. AII of them were part of the prospective workshops.

La visión prospectiva de la Central de Transportes de Tuluá 2035 llamada "El Súper-Transporte" se fundamenta en seis variables claves de cara al futuro, éstas son: Satisfacción del cliente, Servicios de la terminal, Automatización de procesos, Ingresos financieros de la terminal, lntermodalidad y oferta de servicios de empresas de transporte. Destaca la importancia de articular todas las partes interesadas en dos direccionadores de futuro el componente tecnológico y el intercambio modal, llevarán a los usuarios a vivir nuevas y mejores experiencias al momento de querer trasladarse de un lugar a otro. Sumado al escenario apuesta, se esbozan tres escenarios alternos "el chapulín colorado del transporte", "el batman del transporte" y "el Spiderman del transporte" que sirven de referente como quiera que el futuro no es lineal y se necesita iluminar el futuro para tomar acciones en el presente. El estudio se realizó bajo la metodología avanzada de prospectiva de enfoque voluntarista como lo presenta Michel Godet, utilizando técnicas como el análisis estructural, juego de actores, análisis morfológico, ejes de Peter Schwartz, matriz de impactos cruzados e (IGO). Todos ellos hicieron parte dentro de los talleres prospectivos realizados.
