El proyecto de investigación, en el área de familia, infancia y sociedad de la línea de economía y trabajo de la Universidad Externado de Colombia, tiene como objetivo indagar la experiencia de desarticulación de la rutina temporal en hombres de la ciudad de Bogotá en situación de desempleo, de igual modo, investigar los procesos de reconstrucción de una nueva rutina de las temporalidades cotidianas, con la finalidad de dar a conocer la voz de las masculinidades respecto a la experiencia subjetiva del desempleo; es importante identificar de qué manera viven dicha situación. El estudio tiene un enfoque cualitativo y la técnica utilizada es la entrevista semiestructurada aplicada en 10 ocasiones a hombres desempleados entre 1 y 6 meses, con la referencia de las categorías de información: transformaciones comparativas en la reconstrucción temporal, influencias vinculares del soporte afectivo en la recomposición circunstancial, dinámicas sociales culturales y de género impuestas en su trayectoria vital generacional y sentires, y significados en la experiencia subjetiva del desempleo, proceso de transformación vivencial. A nivel teórico se lleva a cabo un marco transdisciplinar entre el materialismo histórico dialéctico y el construccionismo social. Los instrumentos se aplican para comprender si el desempleo es positivo o negativo según la experiencia de cada uno, el contexto que lo rodea y la red de apoyo generada en su entorno más cercano. En este sentido, se comprende que para algunos significa un evento diferente, triste, devastador, abrumador, para otros, el inicio de la elaboración del proyecto de vida. Finalmente, se concluye que el desempleo es un evento que llega sin previo aviso y en cualquier momento, el mundo está globalizado y esta es una de las principales problemáticas del país. Se hace elección a la población de las masculinidades para concebir la experiencia a partir del género e interpretar el papel del hombre en la sociedad a través de las trasformaciones sociohistóricas y culturales.

He research project carried out in the area of Family, Childhood and Society of the Economics and Work line of the Externado de Colombia University has the objective: to investigate the experience of disarticulation of the temporal routine in men from the city of Bogotá who go through a situation of unemployment; at the same time to investigate the processes of reconstruction of a new routine of the daily storms. In order to make the voice of masculinities known regarding their subjective experience of unemployment, it is important to identify how they live it. The present research has a qualitative approach. The semi-structured interview was used as a technique, 10 interviews were applied to unemployed men between 1 and 6 months, as a reference the categories of information that were the following: comparative transformations in temporal reconstruction. Link influences of affective support in circumstantial recomposition; and social, cultural and gender dynamics imposed on their generational life trajectory. Feelings and meanings in the subjective experience of unemployment process of experiential transformation. At the theoretical level, a transdisciplinary framework was carried out between dialectical historical materialism and social constructionism. By applying the instruments it was possible to understand that unemployment is positive or negative according to the subjective experience of each man, the context that surrounds him, the support network that has generated his closest context. Thus understanding that for everyone it means a different event, for some, something sad, devastating, overwhelming, for some the beginning of the development of the life project. Finally, it is concluded that unemployment is an event that arrives without prior notice, and that it can happen to us at any time, understanding that we are part of a globalized world and that one of the main problems in our country is unemployment. A choice is made to the population of masculinities, giving a sense of meaning to the experience based on gender, and from the sociohistorical and cultural transformations, the role of man in our society.
