This document intends to analyze from the perspective of the project management, the implementation of a business plan for the implementation of a dairy herd and to evaluate the financial viability of the same. On the other hand, to deepen in the variables both internal and external that affect the productivity of the business and the importance ofthese variables for the management decision making that project to the future the business.

Este documento tiene como intención analizar desde la perspectiva de la gerencia de proyectos, la implementación de un plan de negocios de la puesta en marcha de un hato lechero y evaluar la viabilidad financiera del mismo. Por otro lado, profundizar en las variables tanto internas como externas que afectan la productividad del negocio y la importancia de estas variables para la toma de decisiones gerenciales que proyectan a futuro el negocio.
