Hablar de participación política en Colombia, es de muchas maneras problemático, no solo porque tiene variadas formas de ser entendida, sino porque también se le nombra de distintas maneras y sus formas son clasificadas de múltiples tipos. La discusión sobre la participación política, sobre lo que es, lo que significa, lo que representa y cómo pensar-hacer participación política es tan actual y necesaria en Colombia, más aún con la firma del acuerdo de paz y de su gran capítulo en el Acuerdo Final sobre participación política. En ese sentido, este texto plantea la perspectiva recogida en la tesis “Construcción de participación política y sus formas en los líderes sociales del municipio de Aguachica-Cesar en el contexto de pos-acuerdos”, abordando las discusiones teóricas sobre las formas de entender y conceptualizar la participación política, pasando por las formas que comprende la ley y el Estado colombiano, finalmente trayendo a colación las formas de entender y hacer la participación política en los líderes de Aguachica-Cesar producto de la investigación de la tesis.
Resumen en ingles
Talking about political participation in Colombia is in many ways problematic, not only because it has various ways of being understood, but also because it is named in different ways and its forms are classified into multiple types. The discussion about political participation, what it is, what it means, what it represents and how to think-do political participation is so current and necessary in Colombia, even more with the signing of the peace agreement and its great chapter in the Final Agreement. In this sense, this text raises the perspective collected in the thesis “construction of political participation and its forms of the municipality of Aguachica-Cesar in the context of post-agreements”, addressing the theoretical discussions on the ways of understanding and conceptualize political participation, going through the forms that the law and the Colombian State understand, finally bringing up the ways of understanding and engaging in political participation of the leaders at Aguachica-Cesar product of the research of the thesis.
