The purpose of this article is to show the current situation in the Colombian health system in relation to the large number of Venezuelan migrants who have arrived to the country in the last few years, considering that the third cause that motivates them to leave their country is the Venezuelan health system crisis. To this end, firstly, the current conditions of the Venezuelan health system and the exercise of the right to health in that country will be studied, to understand why the aforementioned conditions can compel Venezuelans to emigrate. Furthermore, from a theoretical field, the response established by the Colombian law and jurisprudence for the attention of these people in their system will be examined, and finally, the way how this reception occurs and its impact will be analysed, to point out the barriers encountered for the exercising of the right to health of Venezuelan migrants, after that, some recommendations will be given to overcome such difficulties.

El presente escrito tiene como finalidad mostrar el panorama actual que presenta el sistema de salud colombiano frente a la gran cantidad de migrantes venezolanos que han llegado al país en los últimos años, teniendo en cuenta que la tercera causa que los lleva a salir de su país es la crisis de su sistema de salud. Para tal fin, en primer lugar, se estudiarán las condiciones actuales del sistema de salud venezolano y del ejercicio del derecho a la salud, para entender porqué esto constituye un motivo que lleva a emigrar. Posteriormente, se analizará desde un campo teórico cuál es la respuesta que establecen la normativa y jurisprudencia colombianas para la atención de estas personas en su sistema, y finalmente, se observará en la práctica cómo se da esa recepción, cuál ha sido su impacto, se señalarán las barreras encontradas para la materialización del derecho a la salud de los migrantes venezolanos y se darán una serie de recomendaciones para superar esas dificultades.
