La l.E.D Unión Europea, donde se desarrolla esta investigación, presenta dificultades en las relaciones interpersonales de sus actores, especialmente entre docentes y coordinadores, muy poca comunicación entre docentes y rectoría; entre docentes y estudiantes la relación, aunque no es mala, podría ser mejor, lo cual afecta la eficiencia y eficacia del servicio educativo. Caracterizar el clima escolar de la Institución Educativa Unión Europea sede A, jornada tarde, permitirá así mismo a docentes y directivas tomar decisiones que motiven una resignificación de la cotidianidad escolar, ampliando los espacios de colaboración y colegialidad de los maestros, para que logren orientar estrategias y mejorar el ambiente de trabajo que posteriormente impactará en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes. El enfoque de la presente investigación es el cualitativo dado que permite realizar un análisis descriptivo del tema objeto. La investigación que se desarrolla es descriptiva, por cuanto permite caracterizar en detalle las percepciones que tienen los directivos, docentes y estudiantes, acerca de Ia problemática estudiada. Los instrumentos que se diseñaron son entrevistas semiestructuradas y cuestionarios tendientes a identificar las percepciones respecto a unas dimensiones consideradas relevantes en la medición del clima escolar.

The I.E.D, where this research is developed, shows difficulties in relationships between actors. Especially within teachers and coordinators. Very Little communication between teachers and rectory. Students and teachers relationship is not bad, but it could be better, which affects the efficiency and effectiveness of educational service. Characterize school climate of Instihlci6n EducaUva Union Europea, headquarters A, afternoon school, will allow to teachers and managers to make decisions that motivate a resignification of school daily life. In that way, collaboration and collegiality spaces of teachers win grow and so manage strategies and improve work environment that later will impact in student's academic performance. The focus of this research is qualitative, due to it allows to make a descriptive analysis about the topic. The developed research is descriptive, owing to it let distinguish in detail the manager, teachers and students perceptions about the problematic studied.. Tltc collection instruments were semi-structured. interviews and questionnaires which helped to identify perceptions regarding to dimensions which arc considered relevant in the measurement of school climate.
