- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoAnálisis Prospectivo de la Cámara de Comercio de Cúcuta al año 2026(Bogotá : Universidad Externado de Colombia, 2017., 2017-11-18)Las Cámaras de Comercio en Colombia son órganos de carácter privado, sin ánimo de lucro, encargadas de promover el crecimiento económico en las regiones, con la responsabilidad de contribuir en las apuestas estratégicas para su desarrollo. Para garantizar el cumplimiento de esta función, la entidad realiza un ejercicio de prospectiva estratégica, que oriente las decisiones y estrategias para alcanzar escenarios de desarrollo al año 2026, no solo para la entidad, sino para la región. Este análisis prospectivo inicia con un estado del arte mundial, regional y nacional de las Cámaras de Comercio, seguido de la identificación de tendencias y variables estratégicas, a través de talleres con expertos: Factores de Cambio, Variables Estratégicas con Análisis Estructural, Juego de Actores, objetivos y resultados MACTOR, Definición de Escenarios con ejes de Peter Schwartz y Análisis Morfológico, Sistema de Matrices de Impacto Cruzado (SMIC} y Taller de Estrategias utilizando la herramienta de Importancia y Gobernabilidad (IGO). A partir de los resultados de la metodología, se definen escenarios de futuro para la entidad, construyendo un plan estratégico que permita alcanzar el escenario deseable al año 2026, enfocados en el crecimiento y sostenibilidad de la entidad, en beneficio de la región.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoEstudio prospectivo del aguacate en el Municipio de Dibulla - Guajira(Bogotá : Universidad Externado de Colombia, 2017., 2017-09-30)En la actualizad la industria del aguacate en el mundo ha cuadruplicado su producción en los últimos 40 años (ICA, 2012), llegando a 4.276.592 toneladas y 472.571 hectáreas en 2011 según datos oficiales de la - FAO. Colombia, participa con el 5.7% de la producción mundial y de acuerdo a la FAO es el quinto productor mundial. Sin embargo, en temas de comercialización internacional de aguacate las cifras de exportación no se relacionan directamente con el de producción. En la última década se ha desarrollado una industria tecnificada de aguacate con fines de exportación, que ahora se considera dentro de todos los tratados comerciales como uno de los productos de exportación desde Colombia. El "Aguacate Orgánico" en la Región Dibulla, proyecta un aporte efectivo al desarrollo económico y al bienestar de los habitantes rurales, coinciden en mostrar que las políticas públicas, el agricultor, las asociaciones, sector empresarial y academia son indispensables para el desarrollo del sector agropecuario.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoEstudio prospectivo central de transportes de Tuluá 2035(Bogotá : Universidad Externado de Colombia, 2017., 2017-08-08)The prospective vision of the Tuluá 2035 Transport Center called "El Super-Transport" is based on six key variables for the future, these are: Customer Satisfaction, Terminal Services, Process Automation, Terminal Financial income, lntermodality and offer of services of transport companies. lt stresses the importance of articulating all the stakeholders in two future drivers the technological component! and modal exchange, to lead users to live new and better experiences when they want to move from one place to another. In addition to the staged scenario, three alternate scenarios are outlined: "the colored chapulín of the transport", "the batman of the transport" and "the Spiderman of the transport" that serve as reference as it wants that the future is not linear and it is necessary to illuminate the future for Take actions in the present. The study was carried out under the advanced methodology of prospective, voluntarist approach such as Michel Godet's presentation, using techniques such as structural analysis, stakeholder play, morphological analysis, Peter Schwartz axes, cross impact matrix and IGO. The possibility of executing a prospective model for COPNIA implies the consolidation of an entity that is strengthened by looking for ways to anticipate what is to come around it and that the result will be to build a better future for it and Expand the social benefit of their actions in the society of our country.
