The fourth chapter is dedicated to the survey that was carried out to future potential clients, since this is the one that sustains the reason for the project. The fifth chapter consists of the organic structure, the servucci6n of the company and legal aspects that encourage its operation and implementation. Finally, in the sixth and last chapter the financial study is exposed, which shows what the first-year hotel occupancy would be with its respective income, the statement of results and the general balance projected at 5 years, cash flow and its financial evaluation.
