In this document we develop a complete bussines idea of Barf nutrition focus on dogs. To make this happen we have done a previous industrial diagnostic that allowed us to identify trends and consumer behaviors in Colombia and in the world. The next step was to make a market investigation with quantitative and qualitative methodologies that let us
identify the success factors in the Bogota market.
With this we developed strategies for the marketing mix (product, place, promotion and prize). Finally we complete the
whole stages of the project, making a corporate strategy that enhace all the technical aspects as much as legal, financial and tecnologicals.
