"Una aproximación a la territorialización de la acción pública"(Bogotá : Universidad Externado de Colombia, 2019., 2019) Roldán Sánchez, Omaira Isabel; Cuervo Restrepo, Jorge IvánThis research made an approach of the determining factors of the implementation level of strategies for early diagnosis in breast cancer, given the local framework of Decennial Plan for Cancer Control 2012-2021. This work used public policy analysis described by Jolly (2010), considering, territoriality and territorialization of public action. The methodology is based on a descriptive qualitative analysis employing intentional sampling, applying semi-structured interviews for data collection. These interviews were applied to relevant people who were involved in the implementation processes al multiple political-administrative division at the national level, departmental as Cundinamarca, and al municipality level as Soacha and Chía. This was to identify the main factors that fight against implementation processes, including issues at nationwide and at the local level. Arnong the significant obstacles for implementation was the insufficient administrative capacity of people in charge of implementation itself, lack intersectoral of coordination and poor social participation. Similarly, it was observed that the department is constituted as a transactional operator that set the relationship between global and sectorial as nationwide and municipality. lt worked as a mediatorship that powers and endorsed the instruments' implementation for a public action at the regional level.

- PublicaciónAcceso abierto“El territorio y el patrimonio arqueológico, conceptos en construcción: caso de estudio los Yanacona de la vereda Nueva Zelanda en San Agustín (Huila)”(Bogotá : Universidad Externado de Colombia, 2018., 2018-04-20) Ruiz Velásquez, Sandra PaolaThe present article discusses some definitions and cultural, social, heritage and political process through which the indigenous group know as the Yanaconas legitimate, represent, and assume their identity through territorialization processes. These processes have an intention to make claims and to conform identities allowing them to manage and held together the town members, a reason for why this transcendence of the physical territory, developing their identity through an ethnic and identity movement. In this way, the Yanaconas located in San Agustin, not only defend, appropriate and understand their territory as more than a biophysical, cultural and heritage space, but they conceive it as a political entity through which write, tell and transform their memory. Therefore, the territory for the Yanacona si transform into a goal and a tool through which not only they are built and rethinking as a community, but through which they strengthen their identity through practices and power relations, within of which its conflicts and interests stand out with the archaeological park of San Agustin.
