- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoANICCA, DUKKHA Y SAMSARA : aproximaciones a la experiencia de ser consciente de sí mismo en la meditación Vipassana(Bogotá : Universidad Externado de Colombia, 2017., 2017-09) Fierro Aponte, Angélica; Navarro, Andrés Mauricio; Caicedo Mera, Juan Carlos; Martínez Cotrina, Jorge AhuinIn this research we seek to answer the question: How is the experience of self-conscious in Vipassana meditation? The techniques used - in mixed method - were EEG, first-person verbal report of subjectivity, vital cartography and thematic report. The main conclusions were 1. The Vipassana is a human experience imbricated in a specific episteme. For that reason, it is not advisable to instrumentalize it. 2. The experience of self-conscious is a bio-psycho-ecological phenomenon that accounts for a self capable of being placed temporarily on its vital episodes. 3. Consciousness co emerges, we do not consider it to be merely cerebral, nor merely psychic; on the contrary, these two domains are indivisible continuums.
