We start by considering that, in the implementation of agricultural social businesses, we must adjust the intervention to the realities of the different rural contexts. In the Campo Vivo model, two low risk variables were taken into account, variables that are standard and were included in the decision-making processes of McCain Foods and the Intemational Yunus Social Bussiness Global Network, namely, the poverty conditions of the selected territory and the agroecological conditions of the land. During the implementation, the intervention model was changed because contingent variables that affected the trajectory of the model emerged, such as climate behavior and informal social norms related to agricultura! production.
