However, thanks to their short age and inexperience, they have committed different mistakes that probably have been the reason why they have struggled to grow faster. Among the most serious failures that are diagnosed, is the lack of a structured strategy of digital marketing, which really identifies their segment and through this can create strategies that ultimately increase sales and profitability of the company. In this degree project, a diagnosis of the company's situation is made and an action plan is developed to carry it out in a realistic and organized way.
