Rodrigo Lara Bonilla(Bogotá : Universidad Externado de Colombia, 2019., 2019) Arteaga Pertuz, Arleidis; Vargas Amaya, JorgeThis work of research took place in I.E.D Rodrigo Lara Bonilla and it aimed to analyze the changes generated after the implementation of the improvement model for academic excellence, MEDEA and the Accreditation for Excellence in Educational Management model proposed by the Ministry of District Education. This qualitative research is carried out under the framework of evaluative research, partially based on the CIPP model (Context-lnputs-Processes-Products), focuses on the evaluation of the product, mainly on the valuation, the interpretation and the judgment of the achievements attained with the institutional accreditation process. In this study there was the participation of students, parents, teaching staff and directors; who were selected from an intentional non-probalistic sampling process, based on the criteria established in the research objectives for the application of semi-structured interviews and perceptions surveys. Among the main objectives of the research there are found: the characterization of the two accreditation models implemented in the I.E.D, the comparison of the institutional outcomes internas and externals) from 2014 to 2018 and finally, to be able to know the educational community perception toward the implementation of these accreditation processes when applied in their institution.

The accreditation processes have been developed for severa! years in sorne countries, are implemented under the guidance and guidancé of private entities and govemment. In Colombia, accreditation processes seek educational transformation. The National University of Colombia has been a pioneer in carrying out accreditation processes. The Faculty of Engineering, for its part, is committed to the guidelines, the quality of education, and therefore, the process of self-evaluation and accreditation begins in 2006. The electronic engineering program is its process of self-evaluation and accreditation since 2007, the process was renewed in the year of 2014, in which it obtained accreditation for eight years. This research evaluated the participation of teachers in the accreditation processes of the Electronic Engineering program, identifying the scenarios and methodologies to promete it, as well as the strengths and weaknesses that participation. - ÍtemSólo datosIncidencia de la gestión humana en la calidad de la educación básica y media, caso Departamento de Caldas(Facultad de Administración de Empresas, 2012-12-07) Castaño Duque, Germán Albeiro; Calderón Hernández, GregorioEl documento presenta los resultados de la investigación “Lineamientos y estrategias desde gestión humana que permitan el mejoramiento de la calidad de la educación básica y media oficial del Departamento de Caldas”, cuyo objetivo fue incidir en el mejoramiento de la calidad en las Instituciones de educación diseñando estrategias desde la gestión humana que apalanquen la efectiva gestión de los directivos docentes de la educación oficial del Departamento de Caldas. Se realizó el trabajo con 26 instituciones educativas que en el proceso de autoevaluación se ubicaron en los niveles más bajos (existencia y pertinencia, según MEN), en 13 municipios de Caldas. Se utilizó la complementariedad de métodos (cualitativo y cuantitativo): en lo cualitativo se recolectaron las percepciones de los rectores de las instituciones educativas sobre calidad de la educación y la incidencia que ellos tienen desde la gestión humana; desde el abordaje cuantitativo se aplicó una encuesta dirigida a todos los actores del proceso. Los resultados se analizan desde cinco dimensiones: percepción de resultados de calidad por parte de los docentes y directivos, desarrollo de competencias según la percepción de los docentes, clima organizacional, gestión educativa y prácticas de alto rendimiento.

All this implies the necessity to join forces and create cooperation bands among the national government, and the middle school and higher education institutions to strengthen the public policies to benefit of the young people who once have finished their secondary school and do not have the chance to access to unviersity in an easy way at any technical, technological or professional level. Due to this issue which affects the colombian State, the necessity for researching that let us know the strategies for accessing higher education for the young is emerging. Under this necessity, a sistematization of the experiences regarding the process of articulation of the middle and higher education has been carried out in the public-school Tom Addams in the years 2017 and 2018 in the agreement 1638 2017, endorsed between the Education Local Office and ECCI University.
