- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoReporte de industria subsector frutícola(Bogotá : Universidad Externado de Colombia, 2018., 2018-06) Fariño Espitia, Luisa Fernanda; Contreras Ramírez, GermánThe fruit sector in the national and international contexts presents new conditions and demands according to globalization Such a situation needs to assess their strategies in the markets, an issue that is covered in this report because it is intended to perform the analysis of the sector according to a previous selection of sources, hosting the areas: economic, political, social and technological and collecting primary information through surveys and interviews to propose improvement actions that generate value to the sector. The conditions of the transnationality and fluctuation of the current economy in Colombia that include: free trade agreements, geopolitical and economic pressures, changes in the conditions of the market sectors, etc; they promote the generation of pertinent information so that the organizations, which place their work in the different sectors, have what is necessary to adapt to new contexts. Thus, the main objective of this work will be the characterization in the aforementioned areas of the fruit sector, aligning it with the conditions of internal and external trade and defining the opportunities for improvement of the sector, and then in the light of some theoretical postulates propose the challenges most important that should be assumed by the companies according to the market prospective.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoSistema de suministro personalizado, oportuno y responsable de frúveres gourmet para la ciudad de Cartagena de Indias(Universidad Externado de Colombia, 2022) Barrios Ariza, Mary Triny; Ortiz Clavijo, Liliana Patricia“On Time Fruver Gourmet”, es un emprendimiento que nace por la necesidad de proporcionar productos (frutas, verduras y hortalizas) gourmet; frescos, de alta calidad, en el menor de los tiempos, a las comercializadoras mayoristas de la ciudad de Cartagena de Indias. Esta necesidad se refuerza gracias al crecimiento de negocios turísticos que se abastecen de estos productos tales como hoteles, restaurantes, cruceros y buques que necesitan proveerse en el puerto de la ciudad, islas turísticas, casinos, entre otros. Como resultado de la situación anterior, OTFG responde a estas necesidades con un sistema de distribución que tiene como principales proveedores a las aerolíneas que en cuestión de pocas horas llevan los productos de una ciudad a otra sin afectaciones en la oportunidad de entrega; así como los líderes de operaciones encargados de entregar y verificar la distribución en las instalaciones de los clientes.
