    Análisis de las estrategias desarrolladas para la implementación del programa character counts en la primera seccion del Gimnasio los Pinos

    The actual society demands that educational institutions promote the fo1mation of values of students, given that there are gaps in parental styles for parenting styles in which parents do not know in some circumstances to address situations related to the behavior of their children. For this reason, promoting concepts such as ethics or the fundamental principles of the human being must be essential in the manuals of coexistence, this in order to promote values and create character as a priority in education. Within the strategies adopted by schools and colleges, the establishment of the character counts program has been promoted, which focuses on the development of six pillars of ethical behavior (reliability, respect, responsibility, justice, kindness and citizenship), in which through different strategies, it has had a positive impact on students from different countries, so its recognition in the academic environment is notorious. The Gimnasio Los Pinos, located in Bogotá, adopted the character counts program in 2015, for that reason to know about it and the strategies adopted, the research work was developed in the first section, having as a sample object a the director of section, the head of area and 1 O teachers. It was evident that the strategies adopted in relation to the program had a positive impact on school climate; however the school must allocated the necessary resources so that the program continues and the teachers have the tools for its execution.

    Autolesiones en adolescentes: ansia de vida

    Las conductas autolesivas en adolescentes son un fenómeno multicausal con un aumento en su prevalencia en los últimos años. Este comportamiento implica cortes deliberados en la superficie corporal como un mecanismo de afrontamiento al estrés y al malestar emocional, en contradicción al principio de la auto-preservación de la vida, la salud y el bienestar. Esta investigación busca conocer, en los estudiantes de un colegio privado de Bogotá de los grados sexto y séptimo de básica secundaria, los factores de riesgo asociados al inicio y mantenimiento de este comportamiento desde un enfoque sistémico a partir del estudio de los factores individuales, familiares y sociales, así mismo identificar factores protectores mediante el fortalecimiento de la red de apoyo familia y escuela en un enfoque de desarrollo humano biocéntrico en el que la promoción de la vida ofrezca un horizonte de sentido a los jóvenes.

    La compasión, un componente de humanización en la propuesta emergente del desarrollo humano

    La presencia de comportamiento egoístas, hacen que las relaciones humanas que se entretejen en todos los escenarios, resulten indiferentes en relación con lo que le sucede a los demás, de acuerdo con lo anterior, por lo tanto la presente investigación pretende identificar las manifestaciones de la compasión específicamente en grado sexto, con el objetivo de sugerir una serie de recomendaciones que faciliten la presencia de comportamientos cooperativos y prosociales frente a quienes necesitan ayuda de los demás, a través de la caracterización de comportamientos que reconocen la presencia del otro, se establecieron una serie de indicadores que resultan significativos para conocer esas manifestaciones compasivas, además de hacer una reflexión en torno a las barreras o limitaciones que pueden interferir a la hora de compadecerse del otro; dado que es una necesidad imperante que los niños y jóvenes se preocupen por los demás, reconociendo su legitimidad a través del cuidado y la responsabilidad ética.

    La desesperanza, más allá del desánimo

    This research project was carried out with students of the second grade at Santa Bárbara I.E.D school, based on a perceived problematic in which it was noted that students expectations about the future were demonstrating a significant change or neglect with regard to the projection to be had during the early years; according to this, it is meant to understand whether this alteration is the result of a contextualized image of their possibilities or, on the contrary, is the evidence of present features of "Behavioural Despair or Learned Helplessness". It was made to find if features as despair or pessimism are part of the dynamics of the pupils' life as potential factors that adversely affect future expectation and the development of their life plan, taking in to account their situation of vulnerability. This intention pursues an objective of prevention in the field of education understood as opportunity and transformative force. The results obtained show the presence of features of despair in some students; the pessimism as a catalyst that enables despair is a habit coexisting in a significant proportion of the group and from it, it is explained the presence of other features as motivational state which overwhelm and neutralize any action towards to the change or intervention of circumstances seem as negative.

    Procesos de inducción y reinducción de los docentes del Instituto Educativo Distrital Cafam Santa Lucia y su incidencia en la práctica pedagógica

    The research is developed in the context of the qualitative approach, which is based on the exploration and description of situations that are presented within the Santa Lucia Educational lnstitution, as opposed to induction and reinduction processes and their incidence in pedagogical practice. In this way the research was carried out in five phases: Phase I diagnosis and contextualization of the institution, approaching the problem, with the application of a pilot test survey, which provides relevant information for the formulation of objectives and bibliographic review for the construction of antecedents. Phase II construction of the theoretical framework and methodological design. Phase III validation of survey instruments and interview that was applied to 10 new teachers, 10 old teachers and 2 teaching directors, systematized and tabulated the information received and Then categorized. Phase IV analyze the data and results obtained in the application of the instruments to then triangulate the information with the surveys applied to the teachers, the interviews made to the teaching directors and under the support of the theoretical framework. Phase V finally of the findings found and the information analyzed the conclusions and recommendations of this investigation.

    Representaciones sociales de familia desde una perspectiva de desarrollo humano

    The present investigation describes the social representations of family, from a perspective of human development and its relation with the different problems that arise in the school context. From the social representations elaborated by the different educational actors, the different practices, customs and traditions that characterize the families of the Gabriel Echavarría School are recognized, specifically of the educational actors of cycle 1 and 2. This characterization fosters a greater understanding of the actions and attitudes of educational actors in the school context and identifies practices that strengthen and con tribute to human development or, on the contrary, disfavour it. When making the analysis of the representations elaborated by the different actors from a human development perspective, differences are evident, this has to do with the perception and the role that each one exercises, his feeling and his thought allow to recognize the reality that is lived. These representations give identity to the family and to the human being that develops in their environment and that therefore is part of a society where they execute and put into practice everything that is gestated in the family space, through example, actions, the practices and the language.

    Representaciones sociales de los docentes hacia la población infantil con discapacidad en el Jardín la Florida

    Degree thesis where the author had the purpose of establishing the social representations of teachers in the face of disability and its influence on pedagogical practices. The relevance of the research is oriented to show that the results obtained have to do in general with social representations in the face of disability, that is why it is recommended to generate at the level of regulatory bodies such as the Ministry of Education and the Secretariats of Social Integration, the reflections and the necessary actions on training spaces and awareness raising, in such a way that they generate conceptual expansion that will finally be reflected in pedagogical practices. To the same extent in the formation of values in children who attend kindergartens, this as a primary element that speaks of the quality of education in general; in such a way that teachers and managers can understand that the issue of difference and inclusion goes beyond receiving a student with a disability.
