- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoAnálisis sobre los factores de calidad de vida laboral que se relacionan con los procesos de reubicación y readaptación laboral en trabajadores del sector salud en una empresa social del Estado(Bogotá : Universidad Externado de Colombia, 2016., 2016-04-21) Patiño Cortés, Farid Andrés; Cortés Millán, Germán AndrésActualmente, los problemas que afectan la salud y la calidad de vida de la clase trabajadora están adquiriendo un mayor auge con la entrada en vigencia del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo, siendo los DME la causa más común en procesos de reubicación laboral en dichos desordenes intervienen factores físicos y psicológicos tanto internos de la persona como externos del ambiente y dinámica laboral estos factores no son ajenos a la Subred Integrada de Servicios de Salud Centro Oriente E.S.E. Por lo tanto hay factores que afectan el proceso de reubicación en los empleados del sector salud, como lo son aspectos emocionales, cambios organizacionales, la resistencia al cambio enmarcados en la calidad de vida laboral, estos factores se analizaran con el objetivo de evidenciar su posible incidencia sobre los trabajadores que presentan reubicación laboral en la subred Integrad de Servicios de Salud Centro Oriente E.S.E.

The present qualitative research study consists of an evaluation of the quality management system in relation to the problem of school drop-out in an non-formal education academy that offers a language program, the research was carried out from the perspective of different actors that are part of the institution to know the reasons that lead them to drop out and to be able to evaluate the QSM work regarding to it. In the same way, the responsive evaluation model proposed by Robert Stake was implemented, therefore, interviews, focus group and observations were used. The results suggest that drop out responds to personal factors such as lack of motivation, economic difficulties and parallel responsibilities, as well as institutional factors such as dissatisfaction with facilities, teaching staff, flexible hours and class methodology.

It is made up of five chapters; the problem arises from an initial inquiry to teachers. At the same time that the research work is being developed, the field work is also being developed, where the formulation of the research question and the objectives that guided the study arise. The conceptual and normative. Framework from which the categories and subcategories arise is consulted and constructed, instruments defined by the need of research are applied to parents, students, teachers and teaching directors, and validated by an expert, the instruments are applied and this information is triangulated and some Findings are collected that account for the objectives and the categories, the information is interpreted through tables and matrices where it is organized by categories; ethical considerations are taken into account to safeguard the integrity of the participants and finally conclusions are made and recommendations are presented to the institution in order to mitigate or eliminate the phenomenon of school failure in the institution. In addition, the limitations of the study are presented.
