Considering that it is an undeveloped area within homeopathy but it is well developed in Europe more specifically in Germany and Spain, the target market of this line of products is mainly composed by women over 18 years old of a medium-high economical position looking for less aggressive treatments that involve this natural tendency. The competitive advantage found for the proposed product is based on its solution, this homeopathic alternative currently doesn't exist in the Colombian market which would be the differentiating factor from other products. After the technical analysis a competitive price has been determined according to the price of the competitors and the main advertising and promotion channel chosen is social networking because it is affordable and accessible for all people, additionally the chosen sales channel is defined as a web page that allows the product to by more in touch with the clients. Finally, analyzing the free cash flow of the project, the net present value for the 5 years of projection is obtained.and it shows a return of 28% with an opportunity cost of 15% which makes the project viable and attractive to investors.
