Specifically, the CEO's value proposition is presented, based on the analysis of the needs of the relevant stakeholders of the organization, which constitutes an element of input for the development of the business model, using the CANVAS methodology. Likewise, it describes the application of tools such as Porter forces analysis, DOFA and risk analysis, to elaborate strategic planning and presents the development of the marketing strategy based on the analysis of the 4Ps, focusing on the strategic objectives related to sales. Finally, information is provided for the establishment of the financial model for the start-up of CEO, considering the key activities of the action plan and marketing plan strategies.
