    This document, shows the way how disable People configure their emocional ties and the diagnosis in the interaction of everyday life. considering that daily attend the Care Center for People with disabilities in Soacha [CADIS) which takes institutional dynamics out that respond to the regulations of the country and is the space to establish interactions with peers. Additionally stresses of interaction and linkage related to diagnosis given to family, professional, institution and external agents present.
