Added to this, the inexistence of this model implies hidden costs from the recruitment process to the retirement of the employee, and generating a strong impact on the service, the raison d'etre of the company. This research investigates the factors that value workers to remain in the company and those determinants at the time of resignation, which were contrasted with their sociodemographic characteristics, with the aim of designing a talent management model that allows to consolidate a program that strengthens the retention of collaborators according to their contexts and needs. The result is a model made up of five axes: Fixed Compensation, Variable Compensation, Benefits, Work Life Balance and Development and Leadership, each with actions focused on employee satisfaction.
