Different too Is and techniques used for technological innovation were used to design an innovative mobile application, prioritizing the needs that were identified in the research stages as well as using loT applications and technology. We followed a design thinking and innovation methodology used for business models through the following stages: 1) Identification of the problem 2) Research 3) Icleation ancl 4) Prototypin.g. In fact, the Lean Startup methodology was the basis for translating the initial vision into a prototype that covers the client's requirements and testing it through different hypotheses, which allowecl us to obtain a preliminary prototype with a favorable reception in the market. The main benefit of our initiative, is the information. The experiences acquirecl from bikers who have travelecl arouncl the country as well as the route details could make the journey a more enjoya ble and safe experience for motorcyclists. The knowledge reported by us.ers about the state of the roads, alterna te route options and the visualization of the most visited points, can provicle a mix of security and a more enjoya ble riding experience for this target market segment.
