For this reason the objective of the research is the design of an Onboarding program for Stefanini Informática y Tecnología, in order to carry out an adequate integration process generating adhesion to the organization, in order to achieve the objective, we will work with the strategies approach organizational features of Edgar Schein, a psychologist known for his great contributions to organizational development, who in this approach, adopts as an analysis unit the organization and studies the actions aimed at promoting the integration of the individual and conceives the organizational strategy as the way by which Individual experiences that are transitioning frorn one role to another are structured in organizations (Van Maanen and Schein, 1979).
