Taking into account that it is a new management model in identity, which ventured in 2016 with the policy of early intervention of the then Attorney General of the Nation doctor Néstor Humberto Martínez Neira, who from the Strategic Plan ofthe entity 2016-2020 management and flag of the model in arder to classify and respond frequently to complaints that are criminal and have a vocation far success, in addition to providing the user with a better experience in care.

In that sense, it was established that these elements of the culture can affect positively or negatively the perception of the employees and therefore their performance at the time of achieving the purpose of the organization, so any change that is proposed in the culture of an organization must be carried out from the business strategy, and as such be defined through its mission, which must be aligned with the feelings of each collaborator.

Guild, private, non-profit organization located in Bogotá, where it is evident that job satisfaction is related to labor turnover in different categories of work. For this reason, it can be indicated that these constructs are still valid in current organizations. In addition, three instruments are applied that verify the information, including the creation of a validated instrument for the measurement of Job Satisfaction with Labor Rotation in Colombia.
