Especially among the Wayuu who are people who like to travel in different therapeutic itineraries of health and illness, some patients very frequently transit between different therapeutic alternatives of health care and illness to preserve life and enjoy good health. In Wayuu society the disease of other societies such as the Western one, such as the evil eye, affection, AIDS, cancer and new diseases that come from other cultures, is still very unknown. In mind that in La Guajira there are other alternatives of medical cultures from Western sectors such as the prazanderos, healers and religious practices to which some Wayuu come to be treated in order to be cured of diseases such as evil of eye and of evil affection.
